JBW Cool Mister Drawing and BOM

This file contains a measured drawing and a Bill Of Material of the JBW Cool Mister that you can use to disperse coolant during machining. The threads depend on the fittings you choose. You can use this head with a separate needle valve but my preferred method is to install a peritaltic pump for accurate fluid delivery that will not change with any air pressure setting. Mounting and air supply will be through the Loc-Line attachment, this eliminates the need for an additional holder and works perfect for a CNC Router.
