What you need to get started
This project requires a sheet of 1/2" Baltic Birch Plywood. I got mine at Rockler with the dimensions of 30x30" but there are other places that you can find it. It is more expensive but I think worth it for this project.
You will also need a 1/8" Compression Router Bit.

Check out the video I made, for step by step instructions and some great tips.
My Pro Tipp
Use tabs to hold the cut outs in place.
If a waste piece probs up it can make serious problems and stall your axis or break your bit.

Using a sharp exacto knife to cut through the tabs will prevent tearout on your project.
